Longacre. A town clinging to its past like a child grasping a security blanket, even though it had long since frayed at the edges.
Its streets seemed forgotten, its shops selling half-remembered goods, and the occasional glint of a streetlamp felt like a relic of a better time. It had a peculiar kind of charm, but one that spoke more of resignation than nostalgia.
