Floating over the chaos
And hatred of the world,
Over the conflicts and
The religious and racial divisions,
Communing with the soul of the world,
With the timeless human condition,
With the love and transcendence
Of human connections and the
History of decades past
And with the melancholy
Of what has been lost,
Wrapped in music,
Floating through
Time.
